“We Kill Victims, Sell Their Body Parts Like Meat!” – Twin Serial Killer Confesses
In a shocking revelation, twin brothers Taiwo and Kehinde Yemitan, both aged 47, have confessed to a gruesome spree of ritual killings in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Arrested in December 2024, the pair disclosed chilling details of their crimes, including luring victims, dismembering their bodies, and selling the parts for ritual purposes. The twins, who also worked as carpenters and herbalists, were apprehended following the murder of Darasimi, a sex worker, whose body they mutilated for profit and rituals.
The Ogun State Police Command confirmed their arrest, with Police spokesperson Omolola Odutola stating that Darasimi was lured to the suspects’ residence, killed, and dismembered. Taiwo was arrested on December 22, while Kehinde was apprehended on December 30 after intelligence revealed his hideout.
In an exclusive audio confession, Taiwo revealed their method of operation. According to him, the twins sold body parts for as low as N20,000 and as high as N100,000, depending on the part. They also used some parts to produce “magic soaps” and powders for money-making rituals.
Taiwo detailed how his brother introduced him to the sinister trade after years of juggling carpentry and herbalism. “We kill victims and sell their body parts for money rituals, grill some, and grind them into powder for consumption or magic baths to attract wealth,” Taiwo admitted. He further disclosed that their accomplice, Kazeem, supplied human parts wrapped in nylon.
Explaining their pricing structure, Taiwo said, “We sell ordinary parts for N20,000, hands and legs for N50,000, and heads or hearts for N100,000. Darasimi’s hand was sold for N50,000.”
Taiwo recounted the events leading to Darasimi’s murder. Kehinde lured the victim to their hideout, served her a meal, and later, with the help of Kazeem, killed her. “We held her down while Kazeem slaughtered her, severed her head, and drained her blood into a bowl mixed with alcohol,” he said.
The suspects were caught at the point of selling Darasimi’s head for N100,000. Taiwo revealed that the buyer, Fakorede, was an undercover operative of the Agbekoya security outfit who used the transaction to lure them into a trap. “As I approached the meeting spot, I was apprehended by operatives of Agbekoya,” Taiwo confessed.
The twins expressed remorse for their actions, with Taiwo seeking forgiveness and promising to abandon his life of crime. However, the shocking details of their operations have left a trail of outrage and despair in the community.
The Yemitan twins now await trial, while the Ogun State Police Command continues its investigation to uncover the full extent of their criminal network.
