Tinubu Appoints New Management Team for NDPHC

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed a new management team for the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC). The appointments were announced in a statement released on Monday evening by Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity.

 

Leading the new team is Engineer Jennifer Adighije, who has been named Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NDPHC. Adighije brings a wealth of experience in engineering and management to her new role, holding a Master’s degree in Wireless Networks & Telecommunications from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos.

 

The new management lineup also includes Engineer Abdullahi Kassim as Executive Director of Generation, Engineer Bello Babayo Bello as Executive Director of Networks, Mr. Emmanuel Umeoji as Executive Director of Corporate Services, Mr. Omololu Agoro as Executive Director of Finance & Accounts, Engineer Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama as Executive Director of Strategy & Commercial, and Barrister Steven Andzenge as Executive Director of Legal Services.

 

The President expressed confidence that the newly appointed executives will utilize their expertise to advance NDPHC’s mission of efficiently managing the National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP) and driving improvements in Nigeria’s power sector.

 

This development comes as part of the administration’s broader efforts to address challenges in the power sector and ensure reliable energy supply across the nation.
