Tinubu Appoints Four New Permanent Secretaries for FCT
President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of four new permanent secretaries for the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA). This decision was prompted by the upcoming retirements of two existing secretaries and the establishment of the Youth Development Secretariat.
The newly appointed secretaries include Okeke Joy Chinwe from the South East, Ajayi Rotimi Babatunde from the South West, and Nathan Nancy Sabanti from the North East. Additionally, Tinubu has formalized the position of the Solicitor-General of the FCTA as the Solicitor-General/Permanent Secretary for the Legal Services Secretariat.
The swearing-in ceremony for these newly appointed secretaries and the Youth Mandate Secretary is scheduled for Thursday.
A statement from FCTA Director of Press, Anthony Ogunleye, detailed these developments, highlighting the administration’s commitment to effective governance and youth development in the FCT.
