More indication that Buhari did not win elections as court sacks another APC member-elect from Bauchi orders INEC to issue certificate of return to PDP candidate.
An FCT High Court has nullified the election of Omar Tata of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Zaki Federal Constituency in Bauchi state.
The court ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue a certificate of return to the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Jatau Muhammad Auwal, who came second in the elections.
