#LagosByeElections: APC Wins as Abiru defeats Gbadamosi in Landslide
Candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, Adetokunbo Abiru, has been declared the winner of the Lagos East senatorial bye-election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Abiru polled 89,204 votes to defeat his closest rival Babatunde Gbadamosi of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, who scored 11,257 votes in Saturday’s bye-election.
