JUST IN: APC Reps Member, Abdulkadir Jelani Danbuga, Passes Away
The political landscape of Isa-Sabon Birni federal constituency mourns the loss of one of its own, as the All Progressives Congress (APC) representative, Abdulkadir Jelani Danbuga, has tragically passed away. This sad news was confirmed by Aminu Almustapha (aka Boza), the representative of Sabon Birni South constituency in the Sokoto State House of Assembly.
The untimely demise of Mr. Danbuga occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, around 12:30 a.m., following a short-lived battle with illness. Reports indicate that he was admitted to the hospital just the previous Tuesday, marking the swift and unexpected nature of his passing.
Aminu Almustapha (aka Boza) also provided insights into the arrangements that will follow. He mentioned that Mr. Danbuga’s remains will be transported to the National Mosque for the traditional bathing rites, and subsequently, they will be flown to Sokoto for burial at approximately 11 a.m.
Abdulkadir Jelani Danbuga’s legacy extends beyond politics. He is survived by two wives, numerous children, and grandchildren, leaving behind a family that grieves the loss of a loved one.
