“Join APC, We’ll Support You” – Kalu Tells Abia Governor Otti
Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, has publicly urged Abia State Governor Alex Otti to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Kalu made the appeal on Monday during a town hall meeting at his country home in Agbamuzu, Bende Local Government Area, assuring the governor of the party’s backing should he decide to defect.
“Let me use this opportunity to invite Governor Alex Otti to join our party. If he comes to our party, we will support him,” Kalu said.
He described the APC as open to leaders committed to collective efforts to strengthen the party and advance its political goals in Abia.
Speaking about his return to his constituency, Kalu emphasized that both the legislature and President Bola Tinubu’s administration are focused on delivering results for Nigerians. He reaffirmed his accountability to constituents and expressed optimism about the country’s future.
Kalu also called on Nigerians to support the APC and the government’s Renewed Hope Agenda, highlighting efforts to leave a lasting impact for future generations.
