“I Am Ready to Die for APC” – Orji Uzor Kalu Declares Loyalty Ahead of 2027

Former Abia State governor and current Senator representing Abia North, Orji Uzor Kalu, has reaffirmed his deep commitment to the All Progressives Congress (APC), stating that he is prepared to lay down his life for the party.

Kalu made the declaration on Tuesday, June 10, while addressing journalists at his Igbere country home in Abia State.

When asked whether the APC has a realistic chance of defeating the Labour Party (LP) in the 2027 general elections in Abia, the senator expressed strong confidence in the party’s strength and the dedication of its members.

“APC is strong in Abia. Like I said in my interview, I am ready to lay down my life for the party. I am a member of the party and a strong one at that. I am APC to the core. That’s why APC is strong in Abia North,” Kalu stated.

He added that party loyalists are already gearing up to ensure success at the polls. “Our party will work hard to deliver the President in the state. We have done it in the past, and we will do it again in 2027,” he said.
