Even If You Give Tinubu 30 Years Nothing Will Work – Daniel Bwala

Daniel Bwala, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former spokesperson for the PDP Presidential Campaign Council, expressed concerns about the current administration of President Bola Tinubu. Bwala warned that if given 30 years, Tinubu’s government might not bring the desired results, drawing parallels to the previous administration.

During an interview on Channels TV, Bwala emphasized the need to evaluate the time frame within which public officers are expected to execute their duties. He pointed out that Tinubu has already spent 31.8 percent of his first term, highlighting a perceived lack of substantial progress during this period.

Bwala compared the situation to the past, stating, “When President Buhari took over in 2015, it was the same language, and we patiently followed, and he finished the first term and finished the second term.” He expressed dissatisfaction with the pace of development and urged a focus on tangible outcomes rather than rhetoric.

Critiquing Tinubu’s performance, Bwala questioned the effectiveness of the President’s budget and highlighted concerns raised by economists regarding its viability for delivering the promised agenda. He emphasized the importance of seeing practical results and urged the government to address fundamental policy issues.

“We want to see deliverables. Nigerians are tired of English, Mathematics, Economics, Science, and Technology. We want to see practical things,” Bwala stated, echoing the sentiments of many who are eager to witness concrete improvements in the country’s socio-economic landscape.

As political discussions intensify, Bwala’s remarks add to the ongoing dialogue surrounding the effectiveness and progress of the current administration, raising crucial questions about the future trajectory of President Tinubu’s leadership.
