Controversy Surrounds Mysterious Death of 42-Year-Old Woman in Auto Crash
The untimely demise of 42-year-old Udosen Glory in a purported road accident in Akure, Ondo State, last month has sparked controversy, with friends raising concerns over the disappearance of certain body parts, fueling suspicions of ritualistic motives.
Glory, a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a thriving entrepreneur, was en route from Ajah, Lagos, to Ogbomosho, Oyo State, on a business trip when tragedy struck.
Her friends, however, allege foul play, emphasizing that her sudden death cannot be solely attributed to the reported auto crash. They point to the inexplicable absence of specific body parts, suggesting a darker narrative of ritualistic practices.
According to a close friend who preferred anonymity but spoke exclusively to Vanguard, suspicions arose when attempts to reach Glory became futile following her supposed journey to Akure. Concerns deepened when a new phone line associated with her redirected calls, raising suspicions of intentional obfuscation.
The friend recounted, “We noticed her absence in our group chats, which was unusual, considering she was the admin. Efforts to contact her proved fruitless, leading us to trace the new number she had used to reach out to me. Strangely, a lady answered but denied knowing Udosen. This raised red flags for us.”
Further complicating matters, a call from a police station along the Ore Expressway confirmed an accident involving someone named Rose G, believed to be Glory. However, the discovery of missing body parts heightened suspicions of foul play.
Amid mounting skepticism, allegations, and unanswered questions, friends are urging authorities to conduct a thorough investigation to unravel the truth behind Glory’s demise and ensure justice is served.
A video recording of the deceased’s body, obtained by Vanguard, corroborated claims of missing body parts, adding weight to suspicions of nefarious intentions.
In response to accusations, the lady initially implicated in denying contact with Glory, identified as Folashade, admitted to meeting the deceased but maintained innocence regarding any sinister involvement. She recounted their encounter, stating, “We met briefly while Udosen was in Akure for personal errands. Afterward, she left for Lagos, and that was the last we communicated.”
Similarly, Glory’s sister, Stella, confirmed the burial of her remains, marking a somber conclusion to the perplexing saga surrounding the mysterious circumstances of Udosen Glory’s untimely death.
