“Compensate or Marry Me” — Doris Ogala Doubles Down on Claims Against Chris Okafor
Actress Doris Ogala has intensified her allegations against Pastor Chris Okafor, insisting that they were in a long-term relationship since 2017 and that he had promised to marry her. She is now demanding either compensation or marriage, stressing that her claims are legal and justified.
Speaking emotionally, Doris said, “I supported him privately, bought gifts for his children, and stayed loyal for years, only to be abandoned when he decided to marry someone else.” She accused some individuals online, including Big Brother Naija star Dee One, of receiving money to engage in “damage control,” and emphasized, “My demands are legal, not blackmail.”
Doris revealed that she is seeking compensation for emotional distress, career setbacks, and unfulfilled promises. “I’ve suffered a lot emotionally and professionally because of this relationship. My lawyer is already preparing formal demands,” she stated.
Addressing her personal life, she admitted to intimate phone conversations during her troubled marriage but firmly denied any physical affair at the time. “There was no physical relationship; everything happened over the phone,” she said. Doris also claimed she possesses evidence to substantiate her allegations and hinted that she is not the only woman Pastor Chris promised marriage to. “I have proof, and I am not the only one he made promises to,” she added.
Doris concluded by reaffirming her stance: “I’m not backing down. This is my right. I am ready to speak fully if pushed further.”
Her statements have reignited public debate, with many closely watching how Pastor Chris Okafor and his representatives will respond to her renewed claims.
