In a peculiar turn of events, Isiaka Abdulsamad finds himself in the hands of the law after making a bizarre accusation of his manhood mysteriously vanishing. The incident unfolded in Lokoja, Kogi State, where a wave of similar cases has captured public attention.
Security personnel from the Kogi State Polytechnic apprehended Abdulsamad, who wrongly accused a staff member of the institution of theft. This startling incident came to light through an official statement released by Mrs. Uredo Omale, Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Unit of the Polytechnic.
Abdulsamad’s allegations centered on an encounter during his Post-UTME examination on September 20, 2023. After seeking assistance with exam log-in details, he later returned to the examination hall, claiming his manhood had vanished, and pointed fingers at the same invigilator who had helped him.
The Polytechnic’s management swiftly transferred the case to the police, initiating a thorough investigation. Preliminary findings, coupled with medical examinations conducted at the Police Clinic, debunked Abdulsamad’s claims, confirming them as a fabricated attempt to gain attention amid the growing trend of manhood theft stories.
In response to the incident, Kogi State Polytechnic has urged the public to disregard any rumors regarding manhood theft within its campus. Furthermore, they have cautioned against making false accusations that tarnish innocent individuals’ reputations in this bewildering surge of ‘missing manhood’ reports.
