Woman Travelling From Lagos to Ebonyi Goes Missing During Arduous Journey
A young woman identified as Chinaza has been reported missing after travelling from Lagos to Ebonyi State.
Chinaza left Lagos on Sunday, December 21, heading to Ebonyi for business activities and to spend the festive season with her family. According to her business partner, Nsikak, she boarded a night bus from Ikeja.
During the journey, the vehicle reportedly broke down, forcing Chinaza to stop and spend the night at a hotel. Nsikak said Chinaza communicated this update in a voice note sent on Monday morning, December 22.
Later that same day, Chinaza informed her family that she had boarded another bus to continue the journey. However, she did not disclose the name of the transport company. That communication was the last time her family heard from her.
Nsikak stated that Chinaza was expected to arrive in Ebonyi on December 22 but never did. One week later, all her phone lines remain switched off or unreachable.
In a Facebook post, Nsikak described Chinaza as her friend and business partner and appealed to the public for assistance, saying the family has been deeply worried since her disappearance.
Anyone with information on Chinaza’s whereabouts is urged to contact 09136311209 or reach out to her family.
