Wike Wins Rivers Governorship Election by Landslide, Single handedly Defeats APC, AAC, ARMY, SARS.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 declared Nyesom Ezenwo Wike as the winner of the Rivers Governorship Election.
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governor polled 886,264 votes to win the poll which held on March 9, 2019. His closest rival, candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Biokpamabo Awara, scored a total of 173,859 votes.
