“We Have Over 200 Million Supporters, APC Has 30 Governors” – Aisha Yesufu on ADC’s Strength
Activist Aisha Yesufu has claimed that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) enjoys the backing of more than 200 million Nigerians, highlighting the party’s widespread grassroots support.
Speaking on Channels Television’s *Politics Today* on Thursday, Yesufu acknowledged that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), which controls about 30 state governments, has greater financial resources.
“Yes, the APC can outspend us because they have access to national resources,” she said. “But they cannot match our passion. They have governors, but we have the people—over 200 million Nigerians supporting the ADC.”
