#OndoDecides2024: “Here’s Why I Am Confident of Winning” – Aiyedatiwa
Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has expressed strong confidence in his chances of winning the ongoing governorship election, without revealing specific details behind his optimism.
Speaking after casting his vote at Unit 5, Ward 4, Obenla Community, Aiyedatiwa shared his belief that his performance over the past 10 months, combined with his extensive engagement across the state, would secure him victory.
“I am here at Obenla community at Unit 05. It has been calm and peaceful. The turnout is encouraging, and I expect the same situation at other locations,” Aiyedatiwa said. “We are peaceful in Ondo, and I believe this election will be both peaceful and credible. Our citizens are law-abiding, and I urge everyone to go out and vote.”
The governor highlighted that he was the only candidate who campaigned extensively across all regions of the state, engaging directly with the people. His interaction with citizens, he believes, has resulted in widespread support that will translate into votes.
“I have listened to the people, and I believe they will show their support with their votes today,” he added.
