‘Make NoBody Beg Me’ – Davido Issues Warning Amid Debt Accusations
In the midst of mounting debt allegations on social media, internationally renowned Afrobeats artist, Davido, has issued a stern warning, declaring that he will not entertain pleas for leniency when the time for retaliation arrives.
The controversy began when a man identified as AbuSalam publicly accused the artist of owing him a staggering N212 million. Subsequently, Blessing CEO, a self-proclaimed relationship expert, took to her Instagram page to allege that Davido owed Lagos celebrity auto dealer, IVD, a sum of N4.5 million in connection to a car purchase made for his aide, Israel DMW.
Moreover, singer Samklef joined the chorus of accusations by revealing that Davido had yet to settle a debt of N1 million owed to a University of Lagos (UNILAG) student named Mastermind since 2020.
In response to the mounting claims, Davido took to his official social media platform to assert, “Make nobody beg me,” signaling his intention to deal with the allegations in his own way. He also insinuated in another post that the individuals criticizing him were merely seeking attention, challenging them with the question, “You want to be famous ba?”
The ongoing controversy has captivated fans and social media users, leaving many to wonder how these accusations will ultimately be resolved. As the situation continues to unfold, the public eagerly awaits further developments in the unfolding drama surrounding Davido’s alleged debts.
