Luxury Vehicles and Buildings forfeited by Ex-director dubiously returned to his firm
A lawyer, Oluwatosin Ojaomo, in a petition to the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC), dated May 20, 2020 stated that properties which include, 4houses in Wise 2, and Jabi, a quarry in Kuje, Abuja and 86 exotic cars earlier forfeited to the Government on the orders of the Federal High Court, Abuja have found their way back to the Ex-director and his brother.
The lawyer, consequently requested that the ICPC should prosecute Ibrahim Tumsah, who was an Ex-director with the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing and his brother Tijjani Tumsah, for corruption.
The petition stated that, the properties had been unsealed under suspicious circumstances and returned firms belonging to the defendants, Integrated Service Insurance Ltd and Integrated Bureau de Change Ltd.
