KEPA MD Resigns from Kaduna Govt, Defects to ADC
Dr. Yusuf Yakubu Arrigasiyyu, Managing Director of the Kaduna State Environmental Protection Authority (KEPA), has resigned from his position.
In a letter dated September 9, 2025, and addressed to the Secretary to the State Government, Arrigasiyyu announced his voluntary resignation, effective immediately. He also wished Governor Uba Sani a successful tenure in office.
Arrigasiyyu, a former Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Hajj Commission under the Nasir El-Rufai administration, was appointed head of KEPA on December 12, 2023.
Sources confirmed that his resignation is tied to his decision to leave the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and join the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
