JUST IN: FRSC Officer and Daughter Declared Missing
A female operative of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Abeokuta Unit, SRC Lasisi Funmilayo Oluwamayokun, and her daughter, Sewa Lasisi, have been declared missing in Ogun State.
According to reports, the 38-year-old officer and her daughter were last seen on Sunday, November 2, 2025. They reportedly left their residence at Obasanjo Hilltop Estate, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, and have not returned home since. All attempts by family and colleagues to reach them have been unsuccessful, as their phones remain switched off.
The spokesperson for the Ogun State Police Command, CSP Omolola Odutola, confirmed the development in a statement released on Friday. She disclosed that the case was reported to the Kemta Divisional Police Headquarters on Tuesday, November 5, 2025, by an FRSC officer accompanied by members of the missing family.
CSP Odutola also stated that the Commissioner of Police, CP Lanre Ogunlowo, has ordered a full-scale investigation to determine the whereabouts of the mother and daughter and ensure their safe return.
