JUST IN: Fourth Rivers State Commissioner Resigns
Jacobson Nbina, the Commissioner for Transportation in Rivers State, has tendered his resignation, marking the fourth commissioner to leave the state executive council on Wednesday, May 15. Nbina, a staunch loyalist of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, addressed his resignation letter to Governor Fubara through the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Tammy Danagogo.
This latest resignation further deepens the political crisis gripping Rivers State, as tensions between Governor Fubara and FCT Minister Wike continue to escalate.
