JUST IN: Third Rivers State Commissioner Resigns From Governor Fubara’s Government
Austen Ben-Chioma, the Commissioner for Environment in Rivers State, has announced his resignation from Governor Sim Fubara’s government. Ben-Chioma becomes the third commissioner to step down today, following Gift Worlu and Professor Prince Chinedu Mmom. Notably, all three commissioners are known allies of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, the former governor of Rivers State, who is currently engaged in a political feud with Governor Fubara, his estranged political son.
