It is official: Zamfara Governor Elect Bello Matawalle presented with certificate of return by INEC.
Sequel to the supreme court ruling declaring APC votes null and void in Zamfara state last week.
The PDP governorship candidate was today presented with his certificate of return by INEC.
Members elect in the National Assembly (all PDP) were also presented with their certificates of return.
