How Pastor Allegedly Killed Four Young Siblings Using Pestle in Enugu Community
A pastor in Eche Ezema community, Ibagwa Aka, Enugu State, has allegedly killed four young siblings in a shocking incident that has left the community in mourning. The victims, Kamsiyochukwu Ezema (7), Ezinne Ezema (6), Ujunwa Ezema (5), and Chinedu Ezema (2), were reportedly attacked with a pestle by the suspect, who serves at a nearby sabbath church.
According to a family source, the children were home alone when the pastor allegedly climbed over the fence into their compound and carried out the brutal act. The suspect is now in police custody at the Divisional Police Station in Ibagwa Aka, where investigations are ongoing.
The parents of the deceased, Chinonso and Loveth Ezema, were reportedly away during the incident. Speaking to the press, the father called for thorough investigation and justice. “We want the police to thoroughly investigate this and ensure the culprit is brought to book,” he said, adding that their home shares a boundary fence with the church where the accused pastor works.
A police officer from the Ibagwa Aka station confirmed the case has been formally recorded and appealed for calm while the investigation continues. “We urge the public to remain calm and allow a full investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding this tragedy,” the officer said.
