Gunmen Kidnap Man, Wife, and Brother; Police Launch Manhunt
Gunmen have abducted Alhaji Moshood Owoyale, his wife, and his brother, Alhaja Abdulkareem, from their home in Kwara State. The victims were taken from their residence in Owoyale Agbamu, located in Ajase Ward II of Irepodun Local Government Area, on Saturday night around 9:00 pm.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson for the Kwara State Police Command, SP Toun Ejire-Adeyemi, stated on Sunday night that security forces had launched a search operation. The police, along with vigilante and hunter groups, are combing the forest to rescue the victims and apprehend the kidnappers.
Ejire-Adeyemi assured that updates on the rescue efforts would be communicated as they unfold.
