Fani-Kayode Backs Lagos Keke and Okada Ban, Says Violent Mercenaries From Chad and Niger Have Infiltrated the State

A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has backed the recent ban on commercial motorcycles and tricycles in Lagos State by the government.

Fani-Kayode in a Tweet sent out from his Twitter account, @realFFK, said the state has been infiltrated by ‘violent mercenaries’ from Niger and Chad under the guise of commercial motorcycle operators.

“Lagos had been encircled, infiltrated and occupied by violent mercenaries from Niger and Chad all claiming to be Okada riders. If they rose up against the indigenous population in the name of jihad or ethnic cleansing it would have been hell. Sanwo-Olu did well by banning them” he tweeted.
