Family of Six on Motorcycle Killed by Speeding Truck

A tragic road accident in Gusau, Zamfara State, has claimed the lives of a family of six. The incident occurred on Sunday morning when the family, riding a motorcycle, was struck by a truck near Gusau Hotel.

Among the deceased was an infant, making the incident even more heartbreaking. Eyewitnesses and social media users expressed their shock and sorrow over the loss. One user on X (formerly Twitter), @Kdankasa, shared, “Innalillahi wainna ilaihi-rraji’un. Six people died after their motorcycle collided with a truck near Gusau Waterboard. May God forgive them and may their souls rest in peace.”

Zamfara State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Yazid Abubakar, confirmed the accident but did not provide further details. “The six victims are all dead, and we are still investigating how the incident occurred,” he stated.
