CDCFIB Announces Shortlist Dates for Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Applicants
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that applicants for recruitment into the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCOS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) can begin checking their application status from Thursday, October 30, 2025.
In a statement signed by the Secretary to the Board, Major General AM Jibril (Rtd), candidates were advised to visit the official recruitment portal at [https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng](https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng) to confirm if they have been shortlisted for the next phase of the recruitment exercise and to access details about their Computer Based Test (CBT) centres.
The statement further directed shortlisted candidates to carefully note the venue, date, and time of their CBT, urging all applicants to rely solely on the official portal to avoid falling victim to fraudulent schemes.
