APGA Warns Ozigbo: Anambra’s Electorate Sees Through Deceptive Tactics

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has launched scathing criticisms against Valentine Ozigbo, the governorship hopeful of the Labour Party (LP) in Anambra. APGA asserts that Ozigbo lacks the political stature to challenge Governor Chukwuma Soludo in the upcoming 2025 gubernatorial election in the state.

Describing Ozigbo as financially destitute and reliant on Peter Obi’s patronage, APGA dismissed his ambitions as feeble attempts to undermine Soludo’s position in the forthcoming polls.

In a statement released by the national coordinator of APGA Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, it was asserted that Ozigbo’s claims of superiority over Governor Soludo are baseless and laughable.

“Valentine Ozigbo is banking on whipping Peter Obi’s sentiment to become Governor but disappointment awaits him,” Obigwe declared, highlighting Ozigbo’s dependence on Obi’s support.

The statement continued to underscore Ozigbo’s lack of electoral value, emphasizing his reliance on external funding, notably from Peter Obi, which reportedly may not materialize.

Furthermore, APGA reaffirmed its unwavering support for Governor Soludo, asserting his unmatched competence for the position and dismissing any comparisons with Ozigbo.

Obigwe concluded by denouncing Ozigbo’s recent endeavors in Ogbaru Local Government as futile, claiming that his previous electoral defeats in Aguata constituencies demonstrate his inability to sway the electorate.

In summary, APGA’s critique serves as a strong rebuke to Ozigbo’s gubernatorial aspirations, reaffirming their confidence in Governor Soludo’s leadership and dismissing Ozigbo as an inconsequential contender in the upcoming election.
