2023 Elections: Omoyele Sowore declared Presidential candidate of AAC
Human rights activist and Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore has been declared the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC).
The declaration was made at the national convention of the party, which took place at the Work and Connect Event Centre in Abuja and was monitored by officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Omoyele Sowore who was declared the unopposed winner at the event, which was attended by members of the party across the nation, would fly the flag of the party at the 2023 Presidential Elections.
While reacting to the victory, Sowore on his Twitter handle stated that he has been validly elected by affirmation as the Presidential Candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC).
