Zamfara: Oshiomhole’s deputy writes stinker, Calls for his resignation as APC Chairman
The Deputy National chairman, North of the All Progressives Congress (APC), senator Lawal Shaibu has called on the party’s national chairman, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole to resign as the party’s chairman.
In a letter addressed to Oshiomhole dated 27th May 2019 a copy of which was obtained by *SK’s blog** and personally signed by Shaibu, he said the former Edo state governor’s handling of the last party primaries caused the party damages at the general election. Citing the Zamfara state elections where the Supreme Court recently overturned the party’s victories on account of faulty primaries, Shaibu said Oshiomhole’s continued stay in office has become untenable.
