Women’s Day: Lagos PDP says our women are special

The Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party PDP Lagos State Chapter, Engr Adedeji Doherty on behalf of the Executive Committee and all members of the party wish all Women and in particular the Women Wing of the party a very Happy Women’s Day.

It is a known fact that come March 8 every year, the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women are celebrated worldwide.

I hereby express very sincere appreciations to all our mothers, wives, sisters, sisters-in-law and confidants for all their efforts at making our World a better place.

However, In line with the theme of the year 2021 which is “Choose to Challenge”, I hereby implore all our women to take this as a challenge, as I urge them to continue to stand for Peace, Justice, Tranquility and Prosperity in our nation and indeed our dear party as they always do.

I also wish to state and challenge the Women Wing as regards being aware of the fact that, they hold the key to PDP taking over the affairs of Lagos State come 2023.

Once again, Happy Celebration as I pray that God gives all of us the grace to celebrate many more Women’s Day.

Congratulations as we remember how special you all are.
