“When the Time Is Right, We’ll Know Who Is Who” – Governor Fubara
Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has urged his supporters to stay calm amidst growing political tensions, assuring them that the right moment for decisive action will come. Speaking at the 7th anniversary of the kingship installation of Eze Cassidy Ikegbidi in Ahoada East Local Government Area, the governor addressed recent political rhetoric, encouraging his supporters to focus on unity and peace.
“Let’s ignore the noise some people are making. When the time is right, we will know who is who,” Fubara said, emphasizing that his administration’s strength comes from divine providence. He reaffirmed his commitment to the state’s development, approving a road construction project as part of efforts to improve the lives of residents.
Fubara highlighted the importance of peace as a prerequisite for progress, urging the Akoh Kingdom and the Ekpeye Ethnic Nationality to resist divisive tactics. He commended Eze Ikegbidi for his loyalty and support, pledging solidarity with the people of Akoh.
“The least we can do is ensure we give the people of Akoh and the Ekpeye people the assurance that we are with them,” Fubara added, reaffirming his dedication to fostering unity and delivering impactful projects across Rivers State.
