Video: Security Agents Fire Live Bullets at #EndSARS Protesters in Jos after Governor Said North Opposed to Disbandment of Rogue Police Unit
Security agents allegedly attached to a convoy belonging Plateau state government on Thursday shot at unarmed #EndSARS protesters in Jos, the state capital.
The incident occurred less than one day after Chairman of the Northern Governors Forum and Governor of Plateau state, Simon Lalong said Governors from the North are against the disbandment of the rogue police unit despite nationwide protests calling for its scrapping.
According to a video posted on social media by an eyewitness, the protesters were on a peaceful demonstration when the convoy came by and fired live bullets at them.
