VIDEO: Police Arrest Man Posing as Lost Stranger to Rob Victims in Delta
Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have arrested a man who pretends to be lost but deceives and robs unsuspecting victims into collecting their properties and belongings.
The state police public relations officer, Bright Edafe, made this known via his X handle on Monday, July 15.
In the video, one of the suspects explained how they pretend to be strangers looking for direction, but end up doing some fetish things to convince their victims to give them all their properties and belongings.
Edafe captioned the video: “Have you ever encountered people who pretend to be strangers and looking for direction? And they end up doing one or two fetish things and before you say jack, they convince you to give them all your money and belongings, you only get yourself when they disappear.
“Well, we have arrested one of them. Please, listen to how they do it. He said ‘If he dey enjoy the life of fraud make him die’.”
