Video: Nigerian Tonye Solomon Shatters Guinness World Record Scaling 76-Meter Mast with Football on Head
Tonye Solomon has achieved the unimaginable: climbing a towering 76-meter radio mast with a football on his head, earning a Guinness World Record.

Tonye’s awe-inspiring accomplishment was officially recognized by Guinness World Records (GWR) after he scaled the 150 steps to the mast’s top in just 12.5 minutes. He attributes his success to two months of rigorous training, dedicating every available moment to perfecting his skills.
“This has never been done before,” exclaimed a radio presenter who watched the historic ascent. After completing the climb, Tonye jubilantly threw the football down and celebrated with a fist pump.
He expressed his gratitude to the Nigerian Civil Defense Bayelsa State Command for their support in making this extraordinary feat possible.
