Unknown Gunmen Launch Bomb Attack on Police Facility in Anambra

In a brazen act of violence, unidentified gunmen targeted the Police Divisional Headquarters located in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State, South-east Nigeria. The assault occurred during the late hours of Wednesday night, leaving residents of the community in shock and fear.

While the exact motive behind the attack remains unclear, reports suggest that the attackers aimed to create chaos and instill fear.

Anambra State Police spokesperson, Superintendent Tochukwu Ikenga, confirmed the incident, detailing that the explosive devices caused damage to a portion of the facility.
