Ukachukwu, Ekwunife Joint Ticket a Masterstroke – AdaOzubulu
Lady Juliet Anaeme, widely known as AdaOzubulu and a respected grassroots mobilizer in Anambra politics, has hailed the joint ticket of Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu and Senator Uche Ekwunife under the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a strategic and formidable move ahead of the November 8 governorship election. She described the pairing as “a masterstroke,” praising the APC for assembling what she called “a winning combination with the competence, structure, and popularity to secure victory at the polls.”
In a statement released Tuesday, AdaOzubulu lauded Ukachukwu’s leadership qualities, highlighting his successful background in business, philanthropy, and community development. She said his hands-on experience and extensive engagement with communities across Anambra positioned him as a transformational candidate capable of delivering people-focused governance.
“Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu is not just a businessman, he’s a tested administrator, a man of faith, and a compassionate leader who understands how to build, manage, and deliver results. His candidature gives Ndi Anambra real hope for strategic development,” she said.
She also commended the selection of Senator Uche Ekwunife as running mate, calling it a smart, stabilizing decision that brings balance and depth to the ticket. According to her, Ekwunife’s acceptance of the role not only put to rest speculation about her political future but also demonstrated her commitment to Anambra’s progress.
AdaOzubulu emphasized the need for the APC to now focus on mobilizing its full strength for the election, calling on the party’s national leadership to deploy robust logistics and grassroots coordination. She argued that the Ukachukwu-Ekwunife ticket has sparked significant momentum that must be backed by a well-organized campaign effort to secure a win.
“This is not just an APC project; it is an Anambra project. The national leadership must give it the attention it deserves. Every ward, every polling unit must feel the impact of our campaign. That is how we will win,” she stated.
Addressing women across the state, AdaOzubulu urged them to take an active role in the campaign, asserting that the ticket represents a bold step toward inclusive leadership and greater representation of women in politics.
“I call on all Anambra women, mothers, daughters, professionals, and market leaders, to rally behind this ticket. This is our chance to be part of history, to support a team that understands governance and values inclusive leadership,” she said.
With Ukachukwu’s bold vision and Ekwunife’s political acumen, the APC ticket is gaining traction among observers who believe it has the potential to shift Anambra’s political landscape and deliver a decisive victory in the forthcoming election.
