Tinubu Appoints Alabo George as DG of BCDA
President Bola Tinubu has appointed Dr. Dakorinama Alabo George as the Director-General of the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA), as announced in a statement by Tinubu’s media aide, Ajuri Ngelale, on Thursday.
George, a former commissioner for works in Rivers State, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He holds a PhD in Construction Management, an MSc in Quantity Surveying and Construction Engineering, and a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying.
He is also recognized as a fellow of the Certified Institute of Practising Professionals, USA, and a fellow of the Association of Strategy Professionals, USA, among other distinguished associations.
Ngelale emphasized that Tinubu expects George to execute his duties with integrity, diligence, and dedication in line with the objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda for border communities development.
