Pastor defiles 5 year old girl, accuses his plumber.

A 49-year-old pastor identified as George Amaechi Okeaghalam has reportedly been arrested by men of the Imo State Police Command for allegedly defiling a 5-year-old girl in Umuguma village, Owerri.

According to a report posted on the Facebook page of Sweet Mothers Foundation an NGO, the pastor, said to be a neighbor and acquaintance of the victim’s parents lured the victim to his house while she was out playing and had carnal knowledge of her. He also threatened to kill the child if she tells anyone what he did to her.

The victim’s mother was reported to have arrived from work to meet a visibly disturbed and moody girl with a gait that suggested she has been harmed.

Her motherly and inquisitive nature made her reach for her daughter’s skirt, she however, observed that her daughter’s pant was stained with blood.  

After pestering her, the child allegedly told her mother how the pastor lured her to his house and ‘did something to her.

The victim’s mother was sad, confused and shocked since the incident, she however, got solace when her brother heard about the ugly incident, and mobilised some people to the church building of the Pastor.

The Pastor vehemently denied knowing the victim, but when it became clear, he admitted knowing her but accused his plumber of being the culprit.

He however ran out of luck, when the victim was taken out of his sight where she was reported to have said “Uncle asked me to follow him to his house and asked me to lay on the bare toilet tiles where he “did something to me”, he said he will kill me and take me away from my mum if I say a thing”. 

The Pastor has since been arrested while the little girl is receiving treatment in a hospital.

Unconfirmed reports have it that the Pastor’s wedding ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Heaven Power Believers Solution Ministries, Owerri, Imo State.
