Nigerian Man ArrHere’s the full news report written with the headline you requested, in a clear, neutral style for a Nigerian audience: — **Three Men in a Polyamorous Relationship Legally Adopt 3-Year-Old Girl in Canada** Three men in a polyamorous relationship have been granted adoption of a three-year-old girl in Quebec, Canada, in what is being described as a legal first for the province. The trio, who live together as a family, went through Quebec’s child protection services and were approved after a thorough home study and court process. Two of the men have already been officially listed as the girl’s legal parents, while the third is seeking full recognition under Quebec’s recently updated family laws, which now recognise multi-parent households. This development follows a landmark ruling in April 2025 by Quebec’s Superior Court, which declared that restricting legal parenthood to only one or two people was unconstitutional. That decision compelled the provincial government to amend the Civil Code, opening the way for children to legally have more than two parents. While the case has been hailed in Canada as a step forward for diverse family structures, reports of the adoption have sparked mixed reactions globally. Supporters argue that the move prioritises the welfare of the child by placing her in a stable and loving home. Critics, however, have raised concerns about the kind of upbringing the girl will receive under such an arrangement. — Would you like me to make this version **shorter and punchier** (like a breaking news post), or keep it in this **fuller explanatory style** for the blog?ested in India for Allegedly Scamming Over 100 Women Through Language App

A 29-year-old Nigerian national has been arrested in west Delhi’s Tilak Nagar for allegedly duping more than 100 women across India through a language exchange app. Police identified the accused as Stephane, also known as Dominic, who had been posing as a UK-based Korean businessman to lure unsuspecting victims.

According to investigators, Dominic used the app, designed for practising languages with native speakers, to connect with single women and gradually win their trust. He would introduce himself as “Duck Young,” a Korean jewellery businessman living in the UK, and promise relationships or business partnerships. Once contact was established, he allegedly fabricated stories of being stranded at immigration with high-value cheques or documents pending clearance. His associates would then pose as officials over phone calls, demanding money to resolve the fabricated issues, which victims transferred digitally.

The case came to light when a woman named Anjali filed a complaint on September 24, claiming she had been cheated of ₹48,500. She said “Duck Young” told her he was detained at Mumbai airport for travelling without a medical facility card. Soon after, she received calls from people impersonating immigration officers, who demanded money for his clearance. When she transferred the funds through UPI and refused to pay an additional ₹2 lakh, the accused cut off contact.

Police launched an investigation, analysing call records, bank details, and social media accounts before locating Dominic in Tilak Nagar. He was arrested from his rented accommodation, and officers recovered a mobile phone containing the fake profile and evidence of conversations with more than 100 women.

During interrogation, Dominic admitted that he entered India in 2019 on a six-month tourist visa using a passport from Ivory Coast, as Nigerians were facing difficulties in securing visas. After overstaying illegally and running out of funds, he allegedly turned to cyber fraud.

Authorities say the case highlights a growing trend of fraud through social and language exchange platforms and are urging the public to remain vigilant when engaging with strangers online.
