Nigeria Police Force Successfully Raids Kidnappers’ Hideout in Abuja, Eliminates Gang Leader Isa Dei-Dei
In a decisive operation conducted on Monday, the Intelligence Response Team of the Nigeria Police Force dismantled a notorious bandit group operating in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with the leader identified as Isa Dei-Dei meeting his demise in a fierce gun battle.
The official statement from the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, revealed that the encounter resulted in the neutralization of Isa Dei-Dei, while other members of the criminal syndicate managed to escape with gunshot injuries.
Adejobi urged the public, especially medical practitioners, to be vigilant and report individuals presenting with gunshot wounds. He emphasized the importance of cooperation in identifying and bringing to justice the remaining members of the gang.
“We therefore urge members of the public, especially medical practitioners, to call our attention to anyone or patients seen with gunshot wounds for further investigation,” stated the Force PRO.
The successful operation signifies a significant breakthrough in the ongoing efforts to combat criminal activities in the region, providing a boost to the security apparatus in the fight against kidnapping and banditry.
