Narrow Escape: Governor Adeleke’s Aircraft Incident Raises Sabotage Suspicions

Olawale Rasheed, spokesperson to the governor, confirmed the harrowing incident, emphasizing the suspicion of foul play. According to Rasheed, initial findings from an internal investigation hint at the deliberate tampering of the aircraft’s engine.

Rasheed vehemently dismissed suggestions that the aircraft’s predicament resulted from birds’ nests, stating, “Contrary to the claim by the hanger owner that birds’ nests caused the incident, birds’ nests are made with straws, not binding wires as in this case.”
