NAF Super Mushshak Trainer Aircraft in Minor Mishap; Pilots Unharmed
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) reported a minor mishap involving its Super Mushshak trainer aircraft today at approximately 2:35 pm. The incident occurred about 3.5 nautical miles from Kaduna Military Airfield, as confirmed by Air Vice Marshal Edward Gabkwet, the NAF Director of Public Relations and Information.
“The accident involved two pilots who were returning from a routine training flight,” stated Air Vice Marshal Gabkwet. Fortunately, both pilots emerged from the incident unscathed.
The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, has promptly ordered a preliminary investigation to determine the immediate cause of the crash. The NAF remains committed to ensuring the safety and integrity of its operations.
