Lagos PDP commiserates with the Plateau State Government, PDP NWC and family of former deputy senate president Ibrahim Mantu
The Lagos State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) ably led by Engr Adedeji Doherty has commiserated with the Governor Simon Lalong led Plateau State Government, the National Working Committee (NWC) of the PDP and family over the death of former deputy senate president, Senator Ibrahim Mantu.
He was reported to have died after a brief illness at the age of 74years.
Senator Ibrahim Mantu was until his death a member of the Board of Trustee (BOT) and the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Engr Adedeji Doherty eulogised the former deputy senate president, describing him as a lover of peace and a pillar of the People’s Democratic Party.
He further stated that Senator Ibrahim Mantu would be greatly missed.
He prayed that Allah would grant him Jannatul Firdaus and forgive his sins.
He also prayed that God would grant his family, friends, associates and the entire PDP the fortitude to bear the loss.
