Labour Party announces Doyin Okupe as Vice Presidential candidate
Doyin Okupe, a former senior special assistant on public affairs to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, has been selected as the vice-presidential candidate of the Labour Party.
Reports however have it that Doyin Okupe is only the “place holder” for the party in view of INEC’s deadline put at 17th, June 2022.
However, in a report monitored on Channels TV, Doyin Okupe pointed out that he is not the “place holder” but the substantive running mate to Peter Obi.
