JUST IN: Tinubu Appoints CEO for Digital Bridge Institute, Directors for NIGCOMSAT
In a strategic move to strengthen Nigeria’s digital and communications sectors, President Bola Tinubu has announced key appointments for the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI) and the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT).
Mr. Daser David has been appointed as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Bridge Institute. The announcement was made in a statement issued on Tuesday by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity. Mr. David, an academic and industry expert, is recognized for his deep understanding of digital technologies and educational leadership.
In addition to this, President Tinubu has approved the appointments of Mr. Reuben Oshomah and Mr. Adama Kure as Executive Directors at NIGCOMSAT. Mr. Oshomah will serve as Executive Director, Marketing, bringing extensive experience in satellite communications marketing and strategic business development. Meanwhile, Mr. Kure has been appointed Executive Director, Finance and Administration, with a strong background in financial management and corporate governance.
The President expects the newly appointed leaders to leverage their expertise to advance the strategic goals of their respective institutions.
