JUST IN: Supreme Court voids PDP Ibadan convention, annuls Turaki-led faction leadership
The Supreme Court has nullified the national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held in Ibadan, Oyo State, on 15 and 16 November 2025.
The convention had produced a factional national leadership headed by Tanimu Turaki, SAN.
The ruling effectively voids the outcome of the gathering and places the legitimacy of the leadership that emerged from it in question.
