JUST IN: Speed Darlington Arrested by Police During Show in Imo State
Musician and entertainer Speed Darlington, also known as Darlington Okoye or AKPI, has been arrested by the Nigerian police in Owerri, Imo State. This development was confirmed by human rights lawyer Deji Adeyanju, who is representing the artist.
In a statement shared on his Facebook page, Adeyanju disclosed that Darlington was apprehended during his return to Nigeria for a performance. He wrote, “Our client Speed Darlington a.k.a AKPI has been arrested by the Nigerian police in Owerri at his show upon return to Nigeria.”
