I spent ₦756m personal funds on Tinubu’s 2023 campaign, MC Olu-Omo claims
National chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has claimed he spent ₦756 million of personal funds to support President Bola Tinubu’s 2023 presidential campaign.
In a viral video, MC Oluomo stated that he did not receive any financial support from Abuja, revealing that the amount covered hotel expenses for campaign workers — including 140 rooms at ₦45,000 per night for four months — as well as daily stipends throughout the campaign period.
He added the focus is on preparations for the 2027 presidential election, reaffirming his loyalty and commitment to ensuring President Tinubu’s re-election.
